Staff

Pastor Matt became the pastor of Crosspoint in Aug of 2016.   He has been married to his wife, Jamie, since July of 2001.  He graduated from Baptist Bible College of Springfield, MO in 2002 with a Bachelor degree in Biblical studies.  He is currently working on his Masters degree in theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth Tx.  He has pastored in Utah, Texas and currently in Arkansas. He enjoys spending time with his wife, his two boys Caleb and Luke, and daughter Olivia.   

Ethan was hired as the youth pastor of Crosspoint in January of 2020. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Business Administration degree in December of 2019. He is currently enrolled at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth TX where he is seeking his Master's degree. He enjoys watching/playing sports, as well as spending time with his dogs, Bear and Shadow. 

Jamie has been the director of Children's Ministires at Crosspoint since 2017. Jamie is married to Matt and they have 3 amazing kids. She was born in Kansas and grew up in Missouri. Jamie graduated from Baptist Bible College with a degree in Chidren's Ministry in 2002. Jamie loves leading the kids ministry and all things VBS!

Dylan was hired as the Worship Minister of Crosspoint in September of 2019. He has been married to his wife, Laura, since August of 2019. He will graduate from Central Baptist College of Conway, AR in May of 2020 with a Bachelor degree in Worship Arts. He has a love for music of all kinds, as well as writing and recording his own music in his spare time.

Pam began serving as the Administrative Assistant of Crosspoint Baptist in June 2015 and feels very blessed by the opportunity to serve here. She is a life-long resident of Conway, Arkansas, and attended Central Baptist College and University of Central Arkansas. She and her husband Fred have two adult children and six grandchildren.
